👩🔬👩🔬Our female researchers participated in the 2025 edition of the contest ‘From Cantabria to the world’🌍, with a video made by Abraham, a 3rd grade student of IES Foramontanos, in Cabezón de la Sal. This is an initiative organised by the Regional Ministry of Education of the Government of Cantabria in collaboration with the University of Cantabria to commemorate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (11F).
Abraham came to visit us one morning at the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital and IDIVAL to learn first-hand about the project, prepare a fantastic 1-minute summary and encourage all residents in Cantabria between the ages of 40 and 70 to participate. With this work, he has received the FIRST PRIZE in the individual modality of secondary school/basic vocational training of the contest!
