We attended the "I International Symposium on Rare Liver Diseases", held in Santander and coordinated by Dr. Javier Crespo and Dr. José Luis Calleja.
An audience of experts from all over Spain, different European countries, and North America actively participated in the various sessions of the symposium, which addressed crucial topics such as early diagnosis, treatment, and research of rare liver diseases. As expected, we took advantage of the opportunity to present Cantabria Cohort as the closing of the event, alongside Dr. André G. Uitterlinden, from the renowned 1+ Million Genomes project 1+ Million Genomes.
Thanks to the altruism of our volunteers once again, we are laying the groundwork for future collaborations and projects that can contribute to improving the clinical management and prognosis of patients with rare diseases.
