Results Request

Once you have attended your appointment, and unless otherwise indicated by you, we will automatically send your study results by email. In this section, you can request your reports if, for any reason, you would like them to be resent. You will receive your results within approximately two weeks.

To request your results, please complete the information provided on the form. Make sure that the identifiers entered are correct.

If the application is correct, you will receive a confirmation message to the email address you provided at the beginning of the project within a maximum period of 3 working days.

Please, contact cohortecantabria@idival.org if you have lost your participant card, haven't received the confirmation email after 3 business days, or encounter any other issue.
