The Women's Association of Valle de Aras visited IDIVAL to deliver the proceeds obtained during the year 2022 from the sale of their handmade products at charity craft markets in Cantabria. In total, they raised 1,000€, which has been fully allocated to the Cantabria Cohort project.
This group of women gathers at the community center every week to sew, embroider, and create other types of crafts, which they later sell at various markets in the area for charitable purposes. The artisans have been carrying out these initiatives for many years, donating their proceeds to various institutions, including IDIVAL. 'It's an honor to support research with our contribution. Every little bit helps', they told us.
